Have you previous or current experience with the Disabled Facilities Grant* process?

If the answer is yes, we would like to hear about your experience.

Why?

The Department of Health and Department for Communities are collaborating to review the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) and its process. The Patient and Client Council has been asked to gather feedback from members of the public who have experience with the DFG process.

What is involved?

If you meet the criteria you can complete a short questionnaire, anonymously – deadline for returns is Friday 5 April at 12noon.

Following completion of the questionnaire, members of the public with experience of the DFG process will be invited to an online facilitated discussion which will take place on 15 May at 11am via Zoom. (The number of participants are restricted per session, to allow for meaningful engagement, and places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.)

To take part, call us on 0800 917 0222 and ask to speak to Jackie or email: jackie.kelly@pcc-ni.net by 8 May 2024.
