The Northern Ireland Acquired Brain Injury Forum was established in 2024 to replace the former Acquired Brain Injury Working Group.
NI to get its first Obesity Management Service
Health Minister Mike Nesbitt has given the go-ahead for a new Regional Obesity Management Service for Northern Ireland.
The new Service will be the first of its kind in NI with its first phase scheduled to start in early 2026.
Public consultation on Children’s and Young People’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing Framework
The Health Minister has launched a 14-week public consultation on a draft Children’s and Young People’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing Framework.
The aim of the Framework is to provide a consistent system-wide approach to children’s emotional health and wellbeing provision, including for those children who have neurodevelopmental or other related conditions or needs.
