New Forum Launched to Champion Rights and Services for People Living with Acquired Brain Injury in Northern Ireland

A new forum to advocate for individuals and families affected by Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) has been officially launched at Parliament Buildings, Stormont, during Action for Brain Injury Week (ABI Week). The Health Minister has launched a 14-week public consultation on a draft Children’s and Young People’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing Framework.

The aim of the Framework is to provide a consistent system-wide approach to children’s emotional health and wellbeing provision, including for those children who have neurodevelopmental or other related conditions or needs.
