Office Locations

The Patient and Client Council has four regional offices.

Due to the mobile nature of many of our Staff, it is requested that you make an appointment if you wish to meet with someone from PCC.

The office:
The Patient and Client Council’s Belfast / South Eastern Area office is based in Belfast City Centre.
Our address is: 
Patient and Client Council 5th floor, 14-16 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7BA
How to find us: 
We are situated on Great Victoria Street, directly opposite the Grand Opera House. All guests should present at the security station upon entering.
Car parking: 
There is no public car park at this building. Visitors to the PCC can park at nearby city centre multi-storey car parks such as NCP City Quays

The office:
The Patient and Client Council’s Northern Area office is based in Ballymena.

Patient and Client Council, County Hall, 182 Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT42 1QB
How to find us:
The Patient and Client Council share offices with the Strategic Planning and Performance Group of the Department of Health in County Hall. Please use the Sourhill Road entrance of County Hall.
Car parking:
There is a large, free public car park situated outside our Ballymena office at the Sourhill Road entrance of County Hall.

The Patient and Client Council’s Southern Area office is based in Lurgan.
Our address is: 
Patient and Client Council, Quaker Buildings, High Street, Lurgan, BT66 8BB
How to find us:
The Quaker Buildings entrance is situated off High Street on Johnstons Row.
Car parking:
There is a large, free public car park situated outside our Lurgan Office.

The office:
The Patient and Client Council’s Western Area office is based in Omagh.
Our address is: 
Patient and Client Council, Hilltop, Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital, 1 Donaghanie Road, Omagh, BT79 0NS
How to find us:
Our office is in the Hilltop building located toward the rear of the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital site.
Car parking:
There are free car parking spaces located directly outside the office.

 

Opening Hours

Our normal office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding bank holidays)

The PCC freephone helpline operates Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm
