NOW CLOSED: Have your say: Have you experience with the Disabled Facilities Grant process?
Have you previous or current experience with the Disabled Facilities Grant* process?
If the answer is yes, we would like to hear about your experience.
Why?
The Department of Health and Department for Communities are collaborating to review the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) and its process. The Patient and Client Council has been asked to gather feedback from members of the public who have experience with the DFG process.
What is involved?
If you meet the criteria you will receive a short questionnaire to fill in, anonymously.
Following completion of the questionnaire you will be invited to an online facilitated discussion which will take place in April. (The number of participants are restricted per session, to allow for meaningful engagement, and places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.)
To take part, please fill out the questionnaire below. To find out more, call us on 0800 917 0222 or email: info@pcc-ni.net
Closing date for feedback: 12 noon, Friday 5 April 2024
