Public Consultation on New Strategy for the Sustainable Use of Medicines in Northern Ireland

 

The Department of Health has launched a public consultation on the sustainable and cost-effective use of medicines in Northern Ireland.

The consultation on ‘Valuing Medicines: A Strategy for the Sustainable Use of Medicines in Northern Ireland’ seeks views on proposals aimed at supporting improvements in the use of medicines within the Health and Social Care system, ensuring they add value to health, are cost-effective, and sustainable.

The Department is inviting feedback from all interested parties on the recommendations outlined in the strategy.
